Fees: Deepsea Pakistan charges a fee ranging from $50 to $500 USD for our services. This fee is non-refundable except in cases where the shipment is canceled before leaving the origin country. Additional charges may apply for services such as collection, storage, handling, or packing.

Cancellation: Clients must cancel their shipments at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure from the origin country to be eligible for a refund. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Liability: Deepsea Pakistan is not liable for any damages, delays, or losses incurred during the transportation of goods. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipment details and compliance with customs regulations.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
