Refund And Delivery Policy
Refund Policy:
You are paying charges for our services to forward your goods overseas. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the price and services offered as once the goods have been dispatched from any country, no refunds will be allowed.
Should you wish to cancel, you must do so 72 hours prior to your shipment departing the origin. You will not be able to cancel after this time. If you cancel within this time and request your shipment be returned to you, you must confirm to us in writing. After we have received this correspondence, we will arrange for your goods to be returned to you.
If you do cancel, you will still be liable for any charges incurred such as (but not limited to) any collection charges, storage charges, handling, or packing charges.
Delivery Policy:
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your goods to their destination. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and transportation delays. We are not liable for any delays in delivery beyond our control.
